I think you will find the Mechs in this time period of 3025 are very different to the Clan Mech's, and they are flawed and functional at the same time. As the Raven is a brand new secret Mech at this time period, it is likely to be a story element or hook, in the single player story. These did not function perfectly all the time and they are likely not to be similar to the ECM functions in the current MechWarrior Online game, but rather similar (in a functional way) to the table top game. The first version of the Raven in 3024 did not have a fully fledged ECM (electronic counter mesures) unit, but rather what was called a EW (electronic warfare) unit. A note on your ECM qurie is that the Raven-1X is slated to be in the game.
